Final Sales Policy: All wholesale transactions are final; returns and refunds are not accepted for standard orders.

Damage & Discrepancies: Any shipment received in a damaged or incorrect state must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence for review. Any resolution or compensation is granted solely at the discretion of ExoTrolley.

Liability: ExoTrolley is not responsible for losses once a delivery has been confirmed as completed by the carrier. Opened inventory is strictly ineligible for return or credit.
